Built by Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Limited, Wallsend, England, 1919. 5287 gross tons; 400 (bp) feet long; 52 feet wide. Steam triple expansion engine, single screw.  Service speed 12 knots.  

Built for Leyland Line, British flag, in 1919 and named Belgian. Manchester and London to New York 1922-1924 service. Sold to British owners, British flag, in 1934 and renamed Amelia Lauro. A. Lauro Line. Sold to British Government, British flag, in 1940 and renamed Empire Activity. Wrecked in 1943.
