Built by Richardson, Duck & Co Ltd, Thornaby, England, 1917. 5896 gross tons; 400 (bp) feet long; 52 feet wide. Steam triple expansion engine, single screw.  Service speed 10 knots.  

Built for British owners, British flag, in 1917 and named Farnworth. Dalgliesh Stm Sg Co., Newcastle. Sold to Additional Arrivals, in 1924 and renamed Gloria. Was the Mount Pentelikon and Illinois prior. Seized by British Government, British flag, in 1940 and renamed Empire Conveyor. Torpedoed and lost in 1940.
