Built by Skinner & Eddy Corp, Seattle, Washington, 1918. 6091 gross tons; 409 (bp) feet long; 54 feet wide. Steam triple expansion engine, single screw.  Service speed 11.5 knots.  

Built for U.S. Shipping Board, in 1918 and named West Cressey. Chartered. Sold to Russian Government, in 1943 and renamed Tallinn. Was the Braisnki I between 1943-1945. Wrecked in 1946.
